We supply and fit a raised loft boarding system that allows air flow, removing the risk of problems with damp or condensation.
Our unique product raises the flooring by 279mm so it does not compress your insulation to allow air to move freely.
This supporting structure creates a very strong and safe platform that easily surpasses the British Standard 6399-1:1996 for minimum floor load requirements.
Compressing your insulation can reduce its effectiveness by 50% leading to damp that affects your NHBC warranty. However, the NHBC has confirmed that this system will not invalidate new build warranties. This is the only industry approved and BBA certified boarding system on the market.
